In support of NOF’s Generations of Strength: A Mothers and Daughters Campaign, National Geographic author Marybeth Bond will explore travel as a way to move one’s life forward – from fitness to relationships. Don’t miss this opportunity to hear directly from Marybeth on “what makes life meaningful” and simple ways to contribute to a cause greater than yourself.  Marybeth will discuss how adventures of a lifetime can also be a great way to reconnect with a daughter or close friend as she discovered on 2 Heli-Hiking trips and a cross country bike-ride with her daughter.

This fun-filled girls-night-out takes place at The General’s Residence, Fort Mason Center, San Francisco, on Tuesday, May 1, from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Tickets are $10 per person and are available online at All proceeds will benefit NOF's Generations of Strength: A Mothers and Daughters Campaign, which aims to improve patient care and support for those who have suffered a fracture and to protect future generations from osteoporosis. In addition to some great food and drink, all attendees will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a CMH Summer Adventure Women’s Trip for two hosted by Marybeth Bond.
